How frequently do you deliver boxes of Purfectly Fresh?

We offer cat parents the choice of delivery every 2, 4 or 6-weeks. Remember to think about freezer space when selecting 6-weeks 😽

How much does it cost to deliver Purfectly Fresh?

Delivery is FREE for our 4 and 6-week delivery cycles, with our 2-week delivery cycle costing £3 per delivery 😻

Which couriers do you use?

Purfectly Fresh use carbon-neutral DPD as our delivery partner πŸŒπŸ“¦πŸ˜»

Where do you deliver? Is there anywhere you don't deliver to?

We deliver everywhere in the UK with the exception of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands

My pouches came defrosted. What should I do?

All of our packaging (from the squeezy pouch to the wool lined insulation in the box) has been carefully designed to make sure that your Purfectly Fresh food arrives to you at a safe temperature. Don’t worry if the pouches have begun to thaw, as long as the squeezy pouch is cold to touch, it’s safe for them to eat. You can put any thawed (cold) meals into the freezer, or pop them straight in the fridge. In the very unlikely event that your Purfectly Fresh pouches are not cold to the touch when they arrive, call us or drop us a Whatsapp on 07480 067 681 😺

My Purfectly Fresh box is missing items or has the wrong items in it?

Oh no! We’re so sorry! Call the Purfectly Fresh team or drop us a Whatsapp on 07480 067 681 and we will address it immediately 😺
